Live sketches are a fun and engaging way to add an element of personalization to your events! Guests will leave with a token of memorabilia that can spark memories of your special day.

Events can include weddings / birthdays / corporate events / product launches / marketing / festivals / grand openings / holiday parties / conferences / charity events & more!

how it works

1. Booking an event
Read through these policies, select a booking option, and fill out the event request form. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

2. Month of the event
The remaining 50% deposit + any travel fees is due two weeks before the event. Keep in mind that Vicky is based in New York City when factoring in travel fees.

3. Day of the event
Vicky will arrive to the location early to set up with signage so guests know what’s going on! Please provide a desk and two chairs.

Vicky will take reference photos of guests as they come up to the table and guests can enjoy the event’s festivities as she draws. She draws directly on premium cardstock with brush markers.

booking options

A) Small portraits

$200/hr (minimum of 2 hours)

Each portrait is 4.25” x 5.5” (a little under postcard size) and can fit 1-2 individuals.

B) Mix of small & large portraits

$250/hr (minimum of 2 hours)

Guests can choose between two sizes:

Small – 4.25” x 5.5” (1-2 individuals)
Large – 6” x 6” (1-5 individuals)

C) Custom

Vicky can work with you on a custom package for something more specialized! Send over your event details and any ideas you have in mind.
